2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the app under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
3. Nature of Services
- Appointments, video consultations, and home visits are facilitated between you and independent healthcare providers
- Medicine orders are fulfilled by partner pharmacies; TreatOZen facilitates ordering and delivery coordination
- Diagnostic test bookings, including home sample collection, are fulfilled by partner diagnostic centres
- TreatOZen does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or outcome of any healthcare service booked through the platform

Content and features on TreatOZen are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor for any health concerns. In case of a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately rather than relying on the app.
5. Payments & Cancellations
- Prices for consultations, medicines, tests, and home healthcare services are set by the respective providers and displayed before checkout
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary by provider and service type, and will be shown at the time of booking
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health and contact information for safe and effective service delivery
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Do not misuse, copy, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform
- Do not upload false prescriptions or misrepresent medical information
7. Limitation of Liability
TreatOZen acts as a facilitator between patients and healthcare providers.
